Girls Day Lunch

So Skyler and Sean went fishing today so me and Brooklyn were left hanging around the house! I had to get out.. so Brooklyn Speed and I decided to go to lunch.. but Brooklyn wanted a "girls day" so we called her friend Baylee and asked her if she wanted to come.. and they had a blast! We are def. going to have to do it more often! We went to Chilis for a yummy lunch and now they are outside playing!

Also.. a bonus pic of the baby last week at 11 weeks.. S/he was wiggling all over the place.. it is so cute! I am now 12 weeks.. and the morning sickness is getting better! Only 4 more weeks till I get to find out what the baby is! YAY! I cant wait to find out! And only 3 more weeks till my next regular apt! Babys Heart Rate was 160!

Ball Season Has Started!

This is my favorite time of the year.. despite the heat! I live for baseball season now that I have kids big enough to play! Yes I am that loud mouthed mom cheering on my kids! Sometimes I wonder.. Do I enjoy it more than them?? LOL! So here it is ball season again.. Normally it would just be Skyler playing.. but this year Brooklyn has started T-ball and she is quite the "diva" I mean "player"! Seriously though.. she is a great little player but she is not giving up her "diva" roots.. she sat out there shaking her butt in her short little white shorts and dont forget the pink glove and cleats! She is for sure all girl! Then we have Skyler who has turned out to be a great little machine pitch player! He plays short stop and is pretty good! He hit the ball awesome today! Then we have "Coaches Tickie and Dad"! Kristie coaches Brooklyns team.. and she did a great job of managing the bench and keeping Brooklyn in check.. which is usually a full time job! LOL! And Sean who spent 2 hours last night outside (because it had to be quiet so he could concentrate) working on the line up and his "board" of where everyone plays and the batting order! I will have to get a pic of that! Then me and Speed... our job is to cheer everyone on.. and I think we do a GREAT job of it! Speed even found his Bubbas bat and ball and thought he would give things a try.. that was rather exhausting so he had to squeeze a nap in there too! So onto the pics.......

St.Jude Trip!

But first.. here is a pic of Kristies ring ceremony.. Skyler presented her ring to her! He was so proud!

Here are the pics from St.Jude...We went to the Peabody hotel to see the ducks but they had already marched for the day.. so we went and looked at there house..

Then we went back to see the ducks again.. this time we did not miss it and Skyler got to assist the Duckmaster. He got to ride up the elevator with them.. Skyler said the guy even picked up the boy duck and he pressed the button for what floor to go to with his beak! He loved it! Speed loved the duckmaster too.. anytime he could get close enough he wanted the man to hold him!

Speeds Hospital Stay!

So Speed came down with the dreaded Rotovirus a few weeks ago.. we spent 6 days in the hospital at the Genral on Bluebonnet... I love there peds unit.. mainly because I hate the Lake with every passionate bone in my body!

But here are some pics of our stay!

The Good news was Speed was feeling 100x's better after the 6 days.. the Bad news was that his cousin Hayden had caught it too! So he ended up at the hospital for IV fluids.. poor baby!

Up next is our trip to St.Jude for Skylers check up!

New Look!

So my blog got a new look today! I love it! So now I have to do some much needed blogging that I have been getting behind on.. so since I am constantly nauseaus and sitting at home in the recliner or bed oh the joys of being preggo.. my goal for tomorrow is to work on catching up on all my blogging! Alot to post..

First things first.. We were in the hospital with Speed he got Rotavirus ontop of the lung infection..so now we are home and he is feeling 100% better.. wish I could say the same! Morning sickness is kicking my butt ontop of extreme exhaustion from not sleeping for 7 nights straight! But things are looking up! I am 9 weeks preggo so only a few more weeks of this sickness!

We leave for St.Jude Monday with Skyler for a check up! Things should go Great! We are not expecting anything!
